Taking into consideration what the countryside can offer, including culturally. What policies are necessary to ensure the survival of the countryside?

The need to define aspects of rural culture that need to be highlighted, define recue and strengthening strategies for those aspects, define medium term, cultural strategy for the countryside, develop the coordination of entities in order to undertake joint actions.
