The meetings in the schools – Fray Luis de Granada and Institute Valverde de Lucerna – confirmed that, by creating a space in the mount where students can learn nature specificities with inhabitants that work within it, as co-teachers, is a paramount chance to approximate a bit more young people’s ideas and awareness to their native-land resources and knowledge potentialities.

This building is located close to Sanabria Lake. Inside we can see a pedagogic exhibition with the geological and regional natural species history.
In this meeting with Miguel Angel Corvo (Comarca’s chef of Environmental Agents), after his workday in the mountains, he told us that ecological education is of fundamental priority in young people’s education.
Frequently he does workshops in schools, but never made them directly in the mount/nature with the students. He is very committed to collaborate in an outside class.
